Delivery
Most cards are digital
A card is delivered as a digital image file. As soon as your payment is confirmed you can download it from this site, and if you chose email delivery, it is sent to the address you gave. There is nothing to ship and no shipping charge.
If the download or email does not arrive
Check your spam folder first, then contact us — the order is recorded on our side and we can send it again. A paid card that never arrives is always our problem to fix.
Print & mail
If you choose the print-and-mail option at checkout, we print your card and post it by USPS to the address you give. Cards are posted within 3 business days of the order, and USPS typically delivers within 3–8 business days after that. The printing charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we mail
Printed cards are currently mailed within the United States only.
Lost or damaged in the mail
If a printed card arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us: we will reprint and resend it at no cost, or refund the printing charge — see our refund policy.
